1. Login to Kickup through your CPM Account
2. Don't have a CPM account? Submit a request for a CPM account.
2.1. Complete the following steps:
- Click the 'No CPM Account' link.
- Complete the forms. Yes and No Forms are different. Make the appropriate choice.
- Once completed click 'Send'. You can not submit a form without an email.
- You will be notified when your account is ready.
